Our two Vision Vans, “Seemore” and “Iris,” criss-cross North America, providing free eye exams and new eyewear to underprivileged youth. Our vans are like an optometrist’s office on wheels, minus the cash register. They have everything onboard for a volunteer doctor to provide a thorough eye exam and make a new pair eyeglasses for children in need. In addition to volunteer doctors, our Vans are also staffed by volunteer Luxottica Group employees and Lions clubs members.
Since 1995, we’ve sponsored hundreds of Vision Van missions, helping nearly 200,000 children.
In 2008, Vision Van clinics are scheduled to take place in approximately 60 markets across North America. Click here to see when the Vision Van will be coming to a town near you!
